With
a Ph.D. in Romance Languages and Literatures (Universities
of Paris III and Salamanca), Rodríguez-Velasco is a
specialist in Medieval Romance literatures and cultures. He
has published books and articles on French, Catalan, Occitan,
Spanish, and Italian Medieval cultures and literatures. He
is particularly interested in political and legal discourses,
and combines historical and theoretical approaches.
